Lacouture Lux Services General Agreement and Policies

1. Agreement Confirmation
   If the credit card holder will not be present when the vehicle arrives, this agreement must be signed and returned to us by email or fax. Otherwise, we will assume you will sign upon vehicle arrival.
2. Deposits and Payments

• Vans and Party Buses: A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required for vans and party buses. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of service.
• All Other Vehicles: The full balance for your reservation will be charged on the day of service. Overtime charges will be processed 24-72 hours after your trip.

1. Changes to Reservation
   Any changes to the pick-up time within 24 hours may incur additional charges based on the original pick-up time, at the discretion of Lacouture Lux Services.
2. Mechanical Issues
   Lacouture Lux Services is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns during your trip. We will arrange to make up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Clients are financially liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental.
3. Cleaning Fees
   A fee of $200 will be charged for carpet or seat burns or excessive clean-up. A $300 sanitation fee applies if there is a loss of bodily control in the vehicle.
4. Alcohol and Drugs
   Alcohol is permitted if all passengers are 21 or older. No drugs are allowed. All vehicles are non-smoking. Any fines related to alcohol or drugs will be the client’s responsibility.
5. Driver’s Authority
   Drivers may terminate the service without a refund if there is blatant misconduct. Emergency exits are for emergencies only.
6. Overtime Charges
   Overtime will be billed in 15-minute increments once the scheduled time has expired.
7. Weather and Traffic Delays
   We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unsafe road conditions or weather.
8. Lost Items
   Lacouture Lux Services is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
9. Payment Processing
   Receipt of this confirmation allows Lacouture Lux Services to charge the credit card provided for the remaining balance or any overtime if not paid in cash.
10. Vehicle Capacity
    Vehicles cannot be overloaded. Cancellations within 7 days of the booking will incur the full charge if the vehicle cannot be rebooked.
11. Prohibited Locations
    Our vehicles do not service strip clubs.

Cancellation Policies by Reservation Type

1. Hourly Reservations
   Cancellations for events or concerts will incur a $200 fee for bookings over $350 if canceled less than 7 days before the event.

Driver Qualifications
Our drivers have extensive experience and meet all local and federal requirements. They undergo thorough background checks, drug tests, and regular training to ensure top-notch service.

Regulatory Compliance
Our drivers adhere to all regulations set by local and federal transportation authorities, including the DOT and CMPD. We are committed to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
